We’re here to help with billing, subscriptions, refunds, and account/data deletion for our apps.
Billing & Subscriptions
- Android (Google Play): Manage or cancel subscriptions in Play Store > Payments & subscriptions > Subscriptions.
- iOS (App Store): Manage or cancel in Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions.
- Charges will appear as GOOGLE*ENTERSTELLAR (or your app descriptor).
Refunds & Cancellations
- Google Play purchases follow Google’s refund policies. You can request refunds directly from Google within their eligible windows.
- App Store purchases follow Apple’s refund policies via reportaproblem.apple.com.
- If you need help, email us with your order receipt and we’ll assist.
Account & Data Deletion
- In-app: You can delete your account from the app’s settings at any time.
- Public request URL: https://citysensei.app/delete-account
- Upon verification, your account and associated in-app data are permanently deleted within 30 days. You’ll receive a confirmation email.
